Hello all. It was great to meet a few of you at Allegiance Ranch last week! I'm Audrey Webb, retired Air Force after 24 years (June 93 - June 17). I was in Transportation until it morphed into Logistics. A few tours to Iraq, Kuwait, Bosnia, and Afghanistan and based in several other locations stateside and overseas. I had a lot of interaction with other branches and feel honored to have served with so many. When I retired in 2017, I had somewhat of a culture and identify shock. All I knew was AF and military since I was 18. I felt as if that was taken from me and no one around me got it. I did not return to work and the VA has taken care of me for the most part. I was able to find a few outlets like WWP, American Legion (I'm also a Rider), VFW, I volunteered for Meals on Wheels for a while and then I found Allegiance Ranch. They've been a life saver for not only me but my daughter too. ve got 3 teenagers (boys 18 & 16, my daughter is 13) that keep us busy too. Thankful to be a part of this group. It's another way for me to feel connected to something, especially since I spent more of my life active duty Air Force than anything else. I honestly thought for a while after retirement that I was going to have to reinvent myself and didn't know how. I earned my BS in Psychology from Colorado Christian University in May of 2019 and was married the same year to my HS sweetheart. I love Colorado and everything it has to offer. Long introduction, but that's me for now. I hope to talk to more of you in the future. - Audrey
